Returns - if applicable

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, a return request must be submitted in writing to
order@maudvandenbeussche.com within this 14-day period.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must strictly meet all the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
Returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached
Free from any signs of wear (including odors, stains, marks, or alterations)

Any item returned with damages or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Procedure

Request approval via email within 14 days of delivery
Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days
Returns must be sent with a tracked and insured shipping service

The customer remains responsible for the item until it is received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods
Made-to-order or pre-order items
Customized or altered pieces
Gift cards
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or worn

Refund Policy

Once the return is received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

The brand reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet the required conditions.
