General Terms

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.

These Terms may be updated; the version in effect at the date of order applies.

Parties

Sales are made between Traversée SRL (Avenue Beau Séjour 22, 1180 Uccle, Belgium — ECB: 1017298485), hereafter “Maud Vanden Beussche”, and the customer (“you”).

Products & Information

Products are presented with descriptive elements that are not contractual. We are not responsible for errors in photos or texts.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Order acceptance occurs when you check the box during checkout.

An email confirmation is sent within 48 hours.

Prices & Payment

Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

Payments must be made via secure Mollie methods (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc.).

Ownership & Risk Transfer

Products remain the property of Maud Vanden Beussche until full payment.

Risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier.

Liability

Maud Vanden Beussche is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, hosting issues or internet problems.

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.

Applicable Law

Belgian law applies.

French-speaking courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
